Exile Editions has moved to the Submittable service to accept works for Anthology Open Calls, our Carter V. Cooper Short Fiction and Gwendolyn MacEwen Poetry competitions, and unsolicited manuscript submissions (we will no longer accept mail-in submissions unless you first contact us at info@exileeditions.com to discuss, because we now require a fee by cheque or e-transfer – the same fee requirement for the Submittable platform).

Anthology Open Calls are usually accepting submissions for one project each year.

Our annual fiction and poetry competitions, from which thirteen winners and shortlisted have gone on to publish full-length books with Exile Editions, are open July through December.

Do also consider submitting to EXILE Quarterly’s open submissions for fiction, poetry, nonfiction, and drama.
